Property owners may request cancellation before Propsy begins any property management activity, and eligible refunds may be processed after deducting any onboarding, inspection, administrative, payment gateway, or other charges already incurred.
Once Propsy has started providing property management services, including onboarding, inspection, documentation, tenant coordination, property marketing, rent management, or other agreed activities, the fees paid for the active service period will generally be non-refundable.
Charges paid for property inspection, photography, documentation, verification, property assessment, onboarding, or similar activities will not be refundable once the respective service has been completed.
Fees related to tenant sourcing will be non-refundable once Propsy has started property promotion, lead handling, tenant communication, tenant screening, property visits, negotiation, or tenant placement activities.
Monthly, quarterly, annual, or other periodic property management fees already charged for a completed or ongoing management period will not be refundable, while prepaid fees for unused future periods may be reviewed based on the applicable Property Management Agreement and notice period.
Payments made for repairs, maintenance, cleaning, technicians, contractors, materials, or other third-party services will not be refundable once the service has been approved, initiated, purchased, or completed.
If a property owner decides to terminate Propsy's property management service, the cancellation must follow the notice period mentioned in the Property Management Agreement, and all pending management fees, maintenance expenses, vendor payments, and other approved charges must be settled before closure.
A refund will generally not be provided if the property owner sells the property, independently finds a tenant, decides to occupy the property personally, or withdraws the property after Propsy has already started providing the agreed property management services.
If Propsy is unable to provide an agreed property management service due to reasons directly attributable to Propsy, the affected amount may be considered for a service extension, service credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the service already completed and the circumstances of the case.
All refund requests must be submitted to Propsy with the owner's registered contact details, property information, payment details, service plan, and reason for the request, and approved refunds will normally be initiated within 7-10 working days to the original payment method after verification.
